We are still looking for the right VET NURSE candidate to join our close-knit team.
We have a very strong team where we all support each other with our cases, time-management and in bettering what we do. Communication, both to clients and within the practice, is of vital importance to us, with regular Meetings, Clinical Clubs including M&Ms and time to chat on a daily basis. We have lots of toys that we use week in week out – digital xray, ultrasound (with a certificate holder to do really advanced cases in-house), scopes, K-laser, cautery, etc with dental x-ray on the way. Our nurses have excellent standards and take great pride in their work, whether with the more usual patients, or our feathered and scaly friends. We have vivariums and bird kennels to serve these patients to high standard. We encourage personal development and recognise the importance of time away from work.
We are looking for an experienced nurse to join our team, and we're still searching for the right candidates to suit our practice. This is a full-time position on shift patterns with 1:6 weekend work (Saturday morning, plus if required, care of stable inpatients shared with the vet). There are no on-call duties, we offer 5 weeks of annual leave , Birthday leave, CPD and Professional Indemnity cover, a Benefits discount scheme. RCVS fees are paid. Please call us or email our head nurse firstname.lastname@example.org if you would like more information or to apply.
